About the Series
Part cop drama, part psychological thriller, Season 1 sets up this modern-day Romeo and Juliet story laced with suspense and black humour. Our star-crossed lovers have no idea that our "Romeo's" family is the notorious Carter crime family and that our "Juliet" has a tough-cop father who's been trying to bring them down. Season 2 begins with a car bomb that claims the life of an unsuspecting target. A beautiful and wealthy crime writer who's written a best-selling book on the downfall of the Carter cartel, runs her own private investigation agency trying to track down the killer. We also have an ex-SAS war hero, turned pharmaceuticals magnate but does his business extend to something more sinister than pharmaceuticals?
