About the Series
Tucked away in a lush, beautiful and mountainous South African wine valley are four wine-making families surrounded by history, mystery, love and murder. A sexually voracious womaniser and man of reckless extravagance and egocentricity, is murdered. This brutal murder shatters the silence of a once serene farming community. His death triggers a series of events that rip open the past, forcing the secretive residents to acknowledge and accept their own flawed history.
