About the Series
It’s often said that God helps those who help themselves and in the new drama series, Abomama, we will see four religious women take it upon themselves to turn tragedy into a blessing. Set in Soweto and Ferndale, the Parental Advisory Productions produced drama examines and challenges the ideas of faith and sin when four close women are sucked into the criminal underworld and forced to turn their stokvel into a money-laundering scheme.
The English language version is currently available for licensing to the World excluding Africa.
