Lucian Geland, the rainbow sheep of his family, has finally made it in the publishing world — his debut nonfiction book is a surprise hit. The catch? It’s a scathing tell-all about his own family. Only his sister Marion knows, and she’s playing the long game. The Gelands reunite for their first Christmas together since their patriarch, Pastor Freddy’s, death, putting on a strained performance of alles is fine. But under the surface: resentment, secrets and Lucian’s damning prose fester.
