About the Series
The community of kwaKhonjwayo in emaMpondweni has been farming marijuana as a livelihood for over 200 years and now with dagga licenses being handed to big pharma companies, the village farmers are struggling to make ends meet and their ‘illegal’ dagga farming is under scrutiny. They are battling government licensing processes and a greedy businessman, with revenge in mind, who is attempting a hostile takeover.
